Add a catalogue or correct a record

Give enough evidence for another reader to check the change: a library record, title page, scan or institutional catalogue page.

Submissions are not being sent yet. The form works and can copy a complete report, but the project still needs a receiving email address.

Do not include passwords, private manuscript images or personal data about collection owners. A URL to public evidence is enough.
